Where we deliver
FYNDR delivers within South Africa only. Stock is held locally, so nothing is coming from overseas and there are no import charges to worry about. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

Door-to-door nationwide, tracked, with a wide regional footprint.
PostNet-to-PostNet
Collect from your nearest PostNet store, often the quickest option outside metros.
PAXI / Pargo pickup points
Collect from a participating retail store near you. Usually the cheapest option.
Available options and exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address. Every order is tracked and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.

Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Returns
- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Start a return by emailing hello@fyndr.online with your order number and what the problem is.
- Items must come back complete and unused, in their original packaging, with everything that came in the box.
- Faulty or damaged goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.

Warranty
Every FYNDR product carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. All FYNDR products are sold, supported and warrantied directly by FYNDR, regardless of the markings on the physical unit.
