Manufacturing & Sourcing
FYNDR is a South African brand. Our products are manufactured on our behalf by a third-party OEM electronics manufacturer. Initial launch stock may display the manufacturer’s own device markings rather than FYNDR branding on the physical unit; this does not affect the product’s function, warranty, or your consumer rights. All products are sold, supported, and warrantied directly by FYNDR.
Overview
This website is operated by FYNDR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FYNDR. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns policy.
Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or an error in pricing or stock.
Products, pricing and stock
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are representative. Stock is limited, particularly during our first validation batch, and availability is confirmed at checkout. We may change prices and product specifications without prior notice, but never after an order has been accepted.
Third-party networks
FYNDR products operate on the Apple Find My and Google Find Hub networks. Those networks are owned and operated by Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively, and their availability, coverage and features are outside our control. FYNDR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. A FYNDR device improves your chances of locating an item; it is not a guarantee of recovery and is not a security or tracking service.
Returns, warranty and your consumer rights
Warranty term: 1 year against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Change-of-mind return window: 14 days from delivery, requested by email with your order number, with the product returned unused and complete in its original packaging. Faulty goods are not subject to that window or those packaging conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or your cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including your right to goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FYNDR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a FYNDR device, including the loss, theft or non-recovery of any item a device was attached to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
